Rosy Coaster or Doily

Sample on left is done with size 10 thread and a size "0" hook.
Sample on right is done as patterns calls for, without contrasting border.

materials:
size '30' thread
size '8' hook

notes:
this pattern will also work well with size '10' thread and a size '0' hook
finished size with size '30' thread is nice for a coaster, with size '10' thread pattern yields a roughly 5 1/2" doily
